1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Higher Level Notary Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Payment and Fees

All notarization services provided by Higher Level Notary Services require payment in advance of the scheduled notarization, unless alternative arrangements have been explicitly discussed and agreed upon. Fees for services are detailed on our website and are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

You may schedule a notarization appointment through our platform. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so within 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of $45.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Incomplete Notarizations

If a notarization session or signing cannot be completed due to client-related circumstances, including identification issues, missing documentation, signer unavailability, or the signer's decision not to proceed, a refund may be issued less a $45 cancellation/convenience fee, where permitted by law.

Rescheduled Signings: If a signer voluntarily declines to complete an appointment after the session has begun, any subsequent appointment will be treated as a new booking and may require additional payment. Fees for notarial acts not performed will be refunded as required by law.

Completed services are nonrefundable, except as required by law. If Higher Level Notary Services is unable to fulfill an appointment due to circumstances within its control, clients will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.

Exceptions: Refund requests outside this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require management approval. Exceptions are not guaranteed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary.

5. Compliance with Applicable Laws

Users of Higher Level Notary Services are responsible for ensuring that the notarization services requested comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

6. Privacy and Security

Higher Level Notary Services is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of your information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Higher Level Notary Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and state. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your jurisdiction and state.

9. Changes to Terms

Higher Level Notary Services reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes.
