All notarization services provided by Higher Level Notary Services require payment in advance of the scheduled notarization, unless alternative arrangements have been explicitly discussed and agreed upon. Fees for services are detailed on our website and are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

You may schedule a notarization appointment through our platform. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so within 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Identification and Verification

You agree to provide accurate and complete identification and verification information as required by applicable laws. Higher Level Notary Services reserves the right to refuse service if proper identification and verification cannot be obtained.

5. Compliance with Applicable Laws

Users of Higher Level Notary Services are responsible for ensuring that the notarization services requested comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
