Pricing
A PA state-mandated fee for the act of notarizing a document which is listed below is assessed along with a minimum travel/convenience fee of $50. This fee is subject to increase based on the following:
-For Mobile Notarizations: mileage traveled from zip code 19026 to yours.
-For Remote Online Notarizations: how many documents, signatures and/or witnesses are needed.
-For any specialty services: please use the contact us form and a quote will be provided via email.
*All fees are discussed prior to the notarization appointment.
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Maximum Notary Fees:
Executing Acknowledgments: $5
In Executing Acknowledgments: $2 (each additional signature)
Executing Affidavits: $5 (for all signatures)
Executing Signature Witnessing: $5 (for each signature)
Executing Certificates: $5 (per certified copy)
Administering Oaths: $5 (per individual taking an oath)
Taking Depositions: $3 (per page)
Executing Verifications: $5
Executing Protests: $3 (per page)

Remote Notarizations work like this:
1. Book an appointment and upload your document to be notarized. Do not sign them first - we do this online together.
2. You will be emailed a link where you will need to pass ID verification. This can be done one of two ways:
-ID Quiz & Upload ID: Answer 5 questions about you, that only you know! And then upload images of your valid government issued ID.
-ID Upload & Facial Recognition: From a smartphone, you upload images of your ID, and take a selfie.
3. Once verified, you will join a virtual session with your notary.
4. We will sign your documents electronically.
5. When finished, your signed and sealed notarized document(s) will be available via email or can be downloaded from your remote notarization platform.

Mobile Notarizations
As a Pennsylvania commissioned mobile notary public, all services are COMPLETELY MOBILE! This means we travel to your location. This can include your home, office, or a public location. Our service areas include Philadelphia, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.
*For areas further than a 25 mile radius of zip code 19026 in Pennsylvania, please utilize our Remote Online Notarization services.
