Pricing
A PA state-mandated fee for the act of notarizing a document which is listed below is assessed along with a minimum travel/convenience fee of $50. This fee is subject to increase based on the following:
-For Mobile Notarizations: mileage traveled from zip code 19026 to yours.
-For Remote Online Notarizations: how many documents, signatures and/or witnesses are needed.
-For any specialty services: please use the contact us form and a quote will be provided via email.
*All fees are discussed prior to the notarization appointment.
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Maximum Notary Fees:
Executing Acknowledgments: $5
In Executing Acknowledgments: $2 (each additional signature)
Executing Affidavits: $5 (for all signatures)
Executing Signature Witnessing: $5 (for each signature)
Executing Certificates: $5 (per certified copy)
Administering Oaths: $5 (per individual taking an oath)
Taking Depositions: $3 (per page)
Executing Verifications: $5
Executing Protests: $3 (per page)
