Pennsylvania Maximum Notary Fees 

As required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, notarial acts are subject to the following maximum fees:

-Executing Acknowledgments: $5
  -Each Additional Signature in an Acknowledgment: $2
-Executing Affidavits (all signatures): $5
-Witnessing Signatures (per signature): $5
-Executing Certificates (per certified copy): $5
-Administering Oaths (per individual): $5
-Taking Depositions (per page): $3
-Executing Verifications: $5
-Executing Protests (per page): $3

Note: Travel fees, technology fees for Remote Online Notarization (RON), printing, and other service-related costs may apply and will be calculated in your instant quote.
